Who uses this app
Home Hermes is used only by members of the McCall household, each with their own Google account. It is not available to the public.
What data it accesses
- Google Calendar: events and calendars, to answer schedule questions and create or update events when asked.
- Gmail: messages, labels, and drafts, to search, summarize, and draft email for the account owner.
How data is used and stored
Data is accessed only to perform tasks the account owner requests. OAuth tokens and any data retrieved are stored on a private server in our home. Requests may be processed by the AI model provider that powers the assistant, solely to generate responses.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share Google user data with anyone, and do not use it for advertising. Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking access
Any user can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, after which the stored tokens stop working.
